Warming Candles

I don’t drink coffee, but I love the smell of it. That is why these warming candles are perfect for me because they smell amazing. They are really simple too.

First, take 1/2 a cup of whole coffee beans and pour them into a heat-resistant container, such as glass or a ceramic dish. I like to add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to create a café au lait scent, but you can leave it out if you want. Mix together well.

Next, nestle a small tea candle in the beans. Light the candle and wait for the aroma!

I also made a version using whole cloves. This is a great smell for the holidays. I would love to try it with a mix of coarsely chopped cinnamon stick, whole nutmeg, and cloves to make a pumpkin pie smelling candle.
